巣箱内映像伝送テスト

 

巣箱に設置した赤外線カメラで捉えた映像を無線で飛ばして、離れたところで野鳥の子育ての様子を観察できる野鳥観察システム。今年は、アンテナを性能の良いものに変え、反射板も昨年は缶ビールの空き缶で作成していたものを、今年はしっかりしたアルミ板で作成しました。今日は伝送テストを行いました。バッテリーと巣箱を載せたキャリーを引く姿はまさに不審人物。しかし100m近く電波は飛んでくれました。明日はいよいよ東京都稲城市内の小学校の校庭へ巣箱を設置します。
